GOD~IS~IN~OUR~BEGINNINGS
My story started at a VERY young age.
Born a blue baby without oxygen, my parents simply left me in the hospital and walked out the door the day I was born saying, “she’s gonna dye anyway “
BUT GOD
The attending Dr did one blood transfusion after another, I was told nurses took turns “playing mom”,
and loving me greatly.

My parent’s still feared I was with mental disabilities.
So they never bothered to hold me, other than to quickly do what was necessary.
BUT GOD
I can remember as a young child rocking myself back and forth for hours that turned into days then years.
But I KNOW it was someone their unseen holding and comforting me.

There was never any love from my parents growing up. At the age of 15 I was homeless.
BUT GOD
A Christian family took me in and I was a sofa surfer during my high school years.
They loved me, feed me and shared The Gospel of Jesus Christ. I wanted this Jesus they had, and my life COMPLETELY changed the day I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior 💜
If all these things hadn’t happened I would have never been exposed to the knowledge of Christ.❤️

At the age of 21 I received a call from my grandmother saying, “your dad needs full time care and it’s time you take care of him”.
I didn’t really know this man, he was paralyzed on his right side with many health problems.
BUT GOD
My husband and I were privileged to help him and he blessed our son greatly as he learned to be compassionate, kind and loving at a very young age.
Before my dad died he said, “I’m right with God”

8 yrs latter my mother who was a tougher challenge.
Also needed our help in every way. I was able to love on her and share the gospel with her also.
She told me she was saved.

I pray I do get to see them soon and very soon.

Now I am very blessed to teach K-3 children’s church. And, yes I tend to gravitate to those with broken homes, hearts or bones.
And, God greatly Blesses me each and every time I get to love on them and share The Gospel.
