Hello I’m Dan, Barry’s truck driver friend. I’ve never done anything like his before so here we go.
If you watch Ignite America I’m that fella with Barry on episode 30. That was one day that really changed my life. I’m not the person who normally shares personal things but Barry has shown me that it really helps me and those around me as well. So I started sharing all over the USA using what I do as my way to reach so many wonderful people. One of the stories most recent I was having a rough day ended up at a shop to get my truck worked on I met the owner of the shop he and I had a lot to talk about as he built and raced rat rods on the side. As we talked we also discovered that we had something else in common a recent loss of a child. God gave me a great big nudge at that time. So he asked me how I was joyful after such a horrible time. I told him of my relationship with Jesus Christ and asked him if he had Jesus in his life. The answer was well you know I don’t go to church but I know who you speak of. I said great let me show you some of what I do not to hurt so bad at the loss of my daughter. We spoke for well over an hour and when I left he knew that there was a better way to deal with the loss and not be alone in the pain. With all the people that I get to share with lots of them I’ll never know if they got it but I will not ever stop planting the seed.
